Parr Instrument Company

Moline, IL

Parr Instrument Company is constructing a new 50,000 square foot manufacturing addition to accommodate growth of the top-quality laboratory equipment that they produce. This facility includes CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, sawing operations, paint, welding and soldering, electrical and special assembly, and testing facilities.

New Markets Tax Credits, Renewable Energy Investment Tax Credits, and additional state and local incentives are helping finance this expansion that will create many new manufacturing and related jobs for the quad cities area of Illinois and Iowa.

“Parr Instrument Company had the pleasure of working with Bracket Partners to find funding solutions for our major expansion and renovation of our manufacturing and administrative facilities. Their expertise and relationships were the key to Parr securing Federal and State New Market Tax Credits that provided significant forgivable loans for our project. I appreciated their ability to walk us through a very complicated program that gave us the confidence and knowledge needed to educate our stakeholders and subsequently close the deal successfully.  They are extremely accessible before and after the deal which is a rarity. At the end of it all, we have developed a personal relationship with the firm, and I would not hesitate to endorse their services.”
