The Hotel Finlen was originally built in 1924 as a grand, 9-story hotel with 250 rooms. In the 1950’s, a motor inn was added to the complex. The Hotel Finlen is one of the most unique and interesting historic hotels in the second largest Historic Landmark District in the country. The property was acquired in 2018 and has undergone a significant renovation which includes converting some hotel rooms to market rate apartments.
