Chase Bank Building

Moline, IL

The Chase Bank Building was constructed in 1913 in the heart of downtown Moline. The historic nine-story building was converted from commercial office space to a mixed-use building with apartments and retail units. City and State officials recognized the need for redevelopment in the area and the project received $600,000 in TIF along with the 20% Federal Historic Tax Credit.
