Davis Theater

The Pershing Theater was originally built in 1918 and has operated as a theater since its opening. In 1999 the building was slated for demolition, but community opposition resulted in the theater being saved. The renovation, complete in 2017, included a complete overhaul to the theater and an addition of a restaurant/bar. Recipient of Landmarks Illinois Preservation Award for Rehabilitation.
