McKee Hall, Hostetter Hall, and Dezendorf Hall are part of the Shimer College campus that was originally constructed in the early 1900s. These buildings are being redeveloped into 51 affordable and market rate apartment units.

Future additional adaptive reuse development on the campus will include more housing, commercial uses, and a variety of amenities.
